Hi I’m Soph 👋

I’m a qualified personal trainer, a mum of two, and someone who deeply gets the chaos of balancing kids, work, and everything in between while trying to take care of yourself.

I started Stronger with Sophie because I wanted to help women, especially mums, feel better in their bodies and minds. Yes, that might mean getting stronger, more toned, or losing a bit of weight. But it also means so much more:

✨ Having more energy for life (and your kids)
✨ Feeling in control of your health
✨ Learning how to build healthy habits that actually stick

My own journey into fitness became really personal after my second baby. With just 16 months between them, it was a full-on season and I struggled with postnatal depression. Movement became a lifeline. It helped me feel calmer, more grounded, and like me again.

Now I help other women do the same. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or just need someone in your corner, I’m here to guide you through it. No judgement, no pressure, just support that meets you where you’re at.

I work with my clients on more than just workouts. We build routines that fit into real life. We focus on motivation, mindset, nutrition, and breaking through the stuff that’s held you back before.
